Meanwhile, yellow dust which is usually seen during spring, could blow into the western parts of the country today so those in southwestern regions including Gwangju need to brace for yellow dust rain. The capital area had cloudy skies to start off the new week, after yesterday''s sudden downpours but skies are getting sunnier and the heatwave takes a break with a high of 28 degrees in Seoul. Southern provinces should have highs that are similar to slightly higher than yesterday at 31 degrees in Daegu. Temperatures don''t look too bad but muggy air will make it feel uncomfortable. It will get hotter again as we get into the second half of the week while monsoon rain returns to southern parts of the country on Wednesday.
